商品名は「原点回帰ミックス」。 ずっと作りたいと思っていたヨーグルトやグラノーラ向けのドライフルーツミックス。適度に小粒で、3〜4種類くらいの旬のドライフルーツがミックスになっていて、混ぜやすくて使いやすいもの、味のバランスがいいものをと構想を巡らせていました。 それと同時に、乾燥時に割れてしまうもの、カットの段階で欠けてしまうもの、元々のサイズが小さすぎるもの、端っこで皮が多いもの、添加物を使わないために色が悪く仕上がってしまうものなどがどんどん生まれてしまい、頭を抱えていました。袋詰めを外に委託していることもあり、ある程度規格に合ったもので計量せざるを得ず、規格外品の扱いを決められないまま弾いたものが山積みになっていきました。 割れても欠けても美味しさには自信があります。また、果物の皮には多くの貴重な栄養成分があるし、香りも良くなります。何より農家さんが手塩にかけて育てた大切な果物たちを、見た目の問題で捨ててしまうことはどうしても避けたい。そもそも規格外品を積極的に仕入れておきながら、自分のところで規格外品を出してしまうのって、矛盾していないか…。 そういう気持ちが渦を巻いて、生まれた名前が「原点回帰ミックス」でした。ネーミングに込めた思いもそのままラベルに書くことに。ちゃんと使い切ろう。最後まで美味しくいただこう。 使うフルーツは、リンゴ、みかんなどの柑橘類、いちご、キウイなどを4種類を予定していますが、その時々で旬のものに入れ替わる可能性があります。 ヨーグルトに入れるときは、プレーンヨーグルト１パック（400g）にスプーンで山盛り３杯くらいを入れてよくかき混ぜ、冷蔵庫で６時間〜８時間くらい漬け込むのがおすすめです。 夜作って、朝出来上がったのがこちら。ヨーグルトの水分をドライフルーツが吸い込んで、生のフルーツのような食感に戻っています！これが美味しい♪ よく混ぜて器によそったら 上にも追いドライフルーツを。オートミールも足してみました。シャキシャキトロトロザクザクふわふわいろんな食感とジューシーなフルーツの甘さで、リッチなヨーグルトに大変身！蜂蜜をプラスしてもいいのですが、足さなくてもフルーツの甘さで十分な感じもします＾＾ ヨーグルトだけでなく、グラノーラやパウンドケーキ、パンケーキ、バニラアイス、フレーバーウォーター、ドレッシング、シュトーレンなどにぜひお使いいただきたいです！レシピ、更新してまいります！
