Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

If the delivered product differs from the ordered product or has defects such as damage, please send an email to info@blueblueberryfarm.jp within 48 hours of product arrival with detailed photos of the damage and, if possible, photos of the packaging in which the order arrived. We will exchange the product or refund the payment made.

Regarding cancellations, we accept them within 1 hour after placing the order. Please contact us at info@blueblueberryfarm.jp or via the inquiry form.
