Refund policy

We accept returns & exchanges when there are flaws at the time of the delivery. We pay close attention to our products. However, if you notice any flaws, please contact us at info@blueblueberryfarm.jp /contact form within 3 days after arrival, along with the pictures. As soon as we check the flaws, we will issue a full refund or send new item(s). However, there might be some cases such as small variations that we don't see as flaws.

We accept cancellations within 1h after placing an order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@blueblueberryfarm.jp /contact form form within 1h.
