By drying at a much lower temperature than other dried fruits, we have created a moist semi-dried product. No sugar or additives are used.
The taste is more concentrated than fresh strawberries, and it has a strong sweetness, but it is not the sweetness of dried fruit imported from overseas, and the sourness of the fruit is also brought out. It is a taste that is sure to satisfy even strawberry lovers.

The strawberry varieties used are Yotsuboshi, Yayoihime, Kaorino, and Benihoppe, all from Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, and change depending on availability. Sometimes the varieties are mixed.
The strawberries we use are non-standard strawberries that were damaged and unable to be shipped, but the farmers have carefully cut off the stems and damaged parts and frozen them.
Naturally, the taste remains exactly the same and the strawberries are still delicious. I'm happy to be able to dry the strawberries that farmers have painstakingly grown.
