Sugar-free Japanese black tea with fruit tea [strawberry, apple, kiwi, pineapple, cinnamon]

The "Non-Sugar Japanese Black Tea de Fruit Tea" series has added a fruit tea with strawberry and cinnamon.

The moment you open the seal, you are enveloped in the sweet and sour aroma of strawberries, marking the start of a wonderful tea time. When freshly brewed, it has a strong acidity and fresh flavor, but as it slowly steeps over time, the sweetness gradually deepens. Apple, pineapple, and kiwi are excellent supporting roles that enhance the strawberry. The faint scent of cinnamon adds an extra special touch.

Enjoy it with strawberry sweets, or if you steep the fruit tea slowly for a long time, it becomes sweet like a dessert itself, making it perfect as a 3 o'clock snack.

The Japanese black tea uses tea leaves called Benifuki from Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a rich aroma but low astringency, making it refreshing and easy to drink, so it blends beautifully without interfering with the sweetness and acidity of the fruit.

The preparation is simple! Put dried fruit, a tea bag, and cinnamon into a thermos or tumbler with heat retention, then pour 300ml of slightly cooled hot water (about 60°C). Boiling water is a no-go! Leave the dried fruit, tea leaves, and cinnamon inside.

We recommend drinking it after at least 10 minutes, but it tastes better the longer it steeps, so slowly savoring it over about half a day is best.

After about an hour, the acidity is still strong and the sweetness is lacking, so please be patient! After more than 3 hours, the sweetness increases steadily, resulting in a well-balanced fruit tea.

If you prefer a stronger acidity, start drinking after 2 hours, and if you like very sweet fruit tea, more than 3 hours is recommended! Please enjoy the texture of strawberry and kiwi bits, the crunch and refreshing sweetness of pineapple and apple until the end.
