This is "Soba choko Narabeta" from the Narabeta series♪
Why soba choko? You may think so.
Winter is the season when soba is delicious~ This is an afterthought, because I like it♪
I especially like the colors.
I wanted to bring out this indigo blue color beautifully, so I only used red in one part.
The model was the soba choko made in the Edo and Meiji periods.
Perhaps because it was something for the common people, it was unpretentious, simple, and had excellent functionality.
Even though it's Japanese, I feel like it has an atmosphere similar to Scandinavian tableware.
I drew 14 soba choko in total, 7 each on a blue and white background.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how you use it!
The soba choko I used in the photo shoot was a gift that my teacher gave me as a gift when I got married.
When I picked it up, it felt familiar, and I thought it was a waste since I heard it was a vintage item.
I am taking good care of it and using it with great care.
