Sangria base that makes you feel like you're drinking in an orchard

This sangria base offers an irresistible freshness, aroma, and juiciness, as if you were enjoying a glass right in the middle of an orchard.

It contains the largest amount of dried fruit in the series. While the fruits used change seasonally, the base includes apples, citrus fruits, and berries. By soaking the dried fruits generously in wine, you can enjoy a sweet sangria bursting with fruity flavor.

Please prepare chilled wine and a container for making sangria (such as a pitcher or a large jar with a lid). Red, white, or rosé wine is fine. Even leftover wine will taste delicious. Put all the powder mix, spices, and dried fruit from the bag into the container. Pour 300ml of your preferred wine over it and stir well until the powder dissolves. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.

Even after you've finished one batch of sangria, the dried fruits and spices still retain their flavor. Pour in another 300ml of wine, and for the second batch, add 50ml of orange juice. Letting it steep in the refrigerator for a bit longer will allow the fruit flavor to transfer more to the wine, resulting in a richer taste.

The leftover dried fruit can be eaten as is. If it has been steeped for a long time, instead of eating it directly, we recommend adding 30-40% of its weight in sugar and simmering it over low heat for at least 20 minutes to make wine-flavored jam.
