Ogurayama Farm, located in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture, grows a variety of fruit trees, mainly apples, but also peaches and blueberries. The owner of the farm visits us several times a year to learn about blueberry cultivation, so we decided to grow dried apples.
Akio Matsumura, the owner of Ogurayama Farm, uses the ``Doho style,'' a fertilizer-free farming method that activates plant hormones in plants to grow fruit trees.
