Mr. Sato from Vegiland's bright red Furutika is richly flavorful when tree-ripened! Delicious as is, and the recipes are endless.

¥790

Mr. Sato from Vegiland cultivates mainly tomatoes along with komatsuna, bok choy, cucumbers, and broccoli in Taihaku Ward, Sendai City.
Furutika, grown with a commitment to soil cultivation and minimal use of chemical fertilizers, is bright red with firm, plump flesh and an intensely rich flavor. The fresh green scent the moment you bite into it, the fresh acidity, and the sweetness that fills your mouth are all strong. The secret is that it is harvested after fully ripening on the vine.
When dried, the Furutika, full of the blessings of the sun and earth, becomes even more flavorful. Without adding anything, it is a satisfying snack as is. For cooking, pasta starring tomatoes, simmered dishes with tomato broth, quiches, soups, and countless other recipes can be created. Please give it a try.
