Dried fruits make the perfect base for delicious sangria

LECIPE: How to make delicious dried fruit sangria
250cc red wine, 3 dried mandarins, 5 dried apples, 5 dried strawberries, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 50cc 100% orange juice
Chill the red wine. Put three kinds of dried fruit and a cinnamon stick into a storage container sterilized with boiling water, add orange juice and lemon juice, and finally pour in the red wine. Stir well with chopsticks and it's done. You'll have a delicious sangria in no time. If you chill it in the refrigerator, it will be delicious the next day too.
I don't really like sangria because it's sweet, but when I tried this I was surprised at how delicious it was. When it's freshly made it has a fresh aroma, and the sweetness of the fruit surges through the wine. The next day the spiciness of the cinnamon and the deliciousness of the dried fruit permeate the whole, making it full-bodied and indescribably delicious. Fresh fruit doesn't produce such fullness, and it seems like the wine's flavor is diluted by the water. When I opened the bottle the next day, the dried fruit had swelled up so much that it was overflowing from the bottle. I guess that means it had absorbed the wine and the flavor was seeping out of it. If you prefer a lighter taste, I recommend adding carbonated water. I secretly think it would be great to drink this at an izakaya ^^
Based on this recipe, we developed and began selling a new sangria base.
