This is my family.

Hello. This picture is of my family. My daughter drew it last summer. We are a family of four: my husband, our second-grade son, our kindergarten daughter, and me. The one with glasses is my husband, the small one with long hair is our daughter, the one in the middle with a crooked mouth is me, and the one in the blue shirt on the right is our son. It is my daughter's common sense that boys wear blue clothes. It is also her common sense that girls have long hair. I have short hair, so I often get told, "You look like a boy." But I don't mind at all (laughs). The other day was my birthday, and they brought me roses. Red, pink, and white. If you look closely, the white ones have a hint of green. "The mom likes green, right? So we got this for you," said the kids. "You would like this one, right?" My mother in Sendai sent me red wine. "I thought you would like this one," and my husband gave me champagne. Everyone knows my favorite things very well. Thank you♪
