The contents of the 3-piece set are these 3 types.
It's not too sweet, and you can fully enjoy the taste of the wine, but it's a fragrant flavor that is a delicious fusion of fruit and wine. The fruits used change with the seasons, but the base is apple with citrus and berries. It's also well-spiced, making it a mature sangria.
Sangria base that makes you feel like you're drinking in an orchard
This sangria base has an irresistible freshness, aroma, and juiciness, making you feel as if you are sipping a glass in the middle of a fruit orchard.
This is the largest amount of dried fruit in the series. The fruits used change with the season, but the base is apple with citrus fruits, berries, etc. Steep the dried fruits in wine to enjoy a sweet sangria with a rich fruit flavor.
A sangria base that makes you feel the sun, created by a farmer
This is a unique sangria base that does not focus solely on fruit, but instead explores the possibilities of various dried ingredients.
It has a complex and interesting taste with a mix of sweetness, sourness, bitterness, spiciness, and aroma, so I would like you to try it and compare it with other sangria bases. The fruits used will change with the seasons, but I plan to incorporate ingredients that give a sense of the sun.
■How to make it
Please prepare chilled wine and a container to make sangria (such as a pitcher or a large bottle with a lid). You can use red, white, or rosé wine. You can also use leftover wine to make a delicious sangria.
Put all the powder mix, spices, and dried fruits in the bag into a container. Pour 300ml of your favorite wine on top and stir well until the powder dissolves. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before enjoying.
Even after you've finished one serving of Sangria, the dried fruits and spices are still delicious. Pour in another 300ml of wine and add 50ml of orange juice the second time before serving. If you let it sit in the refrigerator for a little longer, the fruit flavor will be transferred to the wine, giving it a deeper flavor.
The remaining dried fruit can be eaten as is. If you have left them in the pot for a long time, it is recommended to make wine-flavored jam by adding 30-40% of the weight of the dried fruit and simmering it over low heat for 20 minutes or more.
