Sugar-free Japanese black tea with fruit tea [mandarin orange, La France, pineapple, kiwi]
Why not try some fruit tea made with seasonal fruits?
This is a fragrant, sugar-free fruity drink that can be enjoyed with the sweetness of fruit. Now that the peach season is over, this is the second in the Japanese black tea series. The fruits used are mandarin oranges, La France pears, pineapples, and kiwis, and their refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness go very well with Japanese black tea.
The Japanese black tea is made using Benifuuki tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a rich aroma but is not very bitter, making it easy to drink and refreshing, so it blends beautifully with the sweetness and acidity of the fruit without interfering with it.
It's easy to make! Just put the dried fruit and tea bag in a thermos or tumbler with a thermal insulation function and pour in 300ml of slightly cooled hot water (about 60℃). Do not use boiling water! Leave the dried fruit and tea leaves in the pot.
We recommend that you wait at least 10 minutes before drinking it, but the longer it sits the better it tastes, so we recommend savoring it slowly over about half a day.
After about an hour, the sourness is still strong and it feels like there isn't enough sweetness, so be patient! After three hours, the sweetness will increase steadily, making it a well-balanced fruit tea.
If you like it a little more sour, drink it after 2 hours, but if you like sweet fruit tea, we recommend drinking it after 3 hours! Enjoy a relaxing tea time while thinking about whether it's a La France or a mandarin orange. The fruit pulp will be plentiful, so please enjoy it as a teatime snack!
We also offer free BLUE BLUEBERRY FARM ribbons for each pack of 3 as small gifts. We hope you will use them as casual small gifts.
