Use agricultural products grown with minimal use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers

I believe that farming methods that use a lot of pesticides and chemical fertilizers put a strain on plants and the environment. Additionally, they can affect the taste and the health of those who work with or consume them, and I think the environmental burden on soil and water is significant.

However, this farming method requires a lot of time and effort, making mass production difficult, which puts a burden on farmers. Therefore, I want to support these farmers and believe that agricultural products grown with care can be transformed into delicious dried fruits and dried vegetables once dried. I am connecting with many such farmers and gradually creating a variety of dried fruits and dried vegetables.

At this point, it is difficult to use this approach for all materials, but I am making progress towards this goal little by little.
