Commitment to Dried Fruits 2
Use agricultural products that are out of standard or would be discarded as much as possible
Having become a farmer myself, I have come to feel the difficulties of agriculture firsthand.
I want to do something about the fact that agricultural products that have taken months or even a year to grow are discarded due to size or appearance, even though their taste remains unchanged.
At that time, I thought that dried fruits and dried vegetables are the optimal processing options. I believe it is a realization of the desire to make use of agricultural products that farmers have worked hard to produce, rather than letting them go to waste.
When I say this, it may generally sound like "solving food waste," but rather than addressing a social issue, I am doing this with the intention of helping connected farmers as BLUE BLUEBERRY FARM.
