Sugar-free Jasmine Fruit Tea [Strawberry, Apple, Orange, Dates]
The sweetness comes from dates. They have a strong sweetness similar to brown sugar, and over time they bring together the other fruits and jasmine tea in a well-balanced way. Dates are rich in dietary fiber, and are recommended for improving the intestinal environment and for supplementing iron and folic acid.
Jasmine tea leaves are from Taiwan and Vietnam, and are flavored with jasmine flowers on pan-fried green tea . The flowers are then removed at the end to prevent the tea leaves from deteriorating. The flower scent is subtle, so even those who don't like jasmine tea can easily drink it, and you can enjoy a new flavor as a refreshing green tea fruit tea .
It's easy to make! Just put the dried fruit and tea bag in a thermos or tumbler with a thermal insulation function and pour in 300ml of slightly cooled hot water (about 60℃) . Do not use boiling water! You can leave the dried fruit and tea leaves in, but if you find the tea leaves bitter, remove them.
